Prevention & Awareness Program Title IX Policy
The University offers on-going prevention and awareness programs to all incoming students, returning students, and faculty and staff.
Leaders Emerging and Developing (LEAD)
The ongoing program of choice offered by Âé¶¹avÓ³»´«Ã½ is the LEAD Program. The Women’s Center of Âé¶¹avÓ³»´«Ã½â€™s LEAD Program (Leaders Emerging and Developing) is dedicated to building a safer, more respectful campus community at Âé¶¹avÓ³»´«Ã½ University by working to prevent sexual violence and promote student wellness. LEAD creates a safe environment for participants to:
- Develop leadership skills and become advocates for change
- Build healthy relationships and recognize early warning signs
- Learn how to prevent and respond to harmful interpersonal violence
